Customer Satisfaction

At JOHN STEFANON DESIGN, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

​Customer satisfaction is essential, so we extend a generous return policy to accommodate your returns. Before returning an item, however, please see the "Return Policy" below and contact JSD Customer Care Department to obtain detailed shipping instructions.

Manufacturer Warranty

JSD will honor the manufacturer's standard limited warranty as posted on the website and provided with each sale of merchandise.

100% Price Match

We offer a competitive pricing guarantee. If you find one of our products offered online at a lower price (within 7 days after purchase), we will match that price or refund the difference. Please see our Ordering Information page for more details.

If you have questions about our design products, services or projects features online, please contact our Customer Care Department who can direct you to one of our design associates for expert advice and assistance.

Return Policy

JOHN STEFANON DESIGN (JSD) has a generous, convenient return policy, accommodating product returns up to 30 days from purchase. The only exceptions which are final and non-returnable or refundable are:
  • Custom orders denoted as such on the item page
  • Discounted on "Sale” items
  • One-of-a-kind, vintage and antique items

In general, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors in processing, JSD will be happy to process a return for you without any restocking fees, contingent upon the following:
  1. Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and insert.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by JSD Customer Care, all returns must be returned via the original shipping method through which the order arrived (UPS, Freight, White Glove, etc.). Detailed shipping instructions will be provided by JSD Customer Care.
  3. The return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving instructions from JSD Customer Care.
  4. Kindly ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure a safe return.
  5. Credit card orders will receive refunds as a credit to your credit card. Orders paid by check will receive a check.
  6. Please allow 2 weeks after your return request has been received for processing. You will be refunded the total purchase price, including tax, less shipping.
  7. Outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund for items offered with free shipping.
  8. For items shipping outside the Continental US, customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on returns that are not damaged or incorrect.
  9. If an order is canceled after the order has been shipped or processed, customers are responsible for round-trip shipping charges even if JSD paid for the original shipment (i.e., Free Shipping).

Made-To-Order Merchandise

While we make every effort to accommodate our customers' needs, we are also committed to honoring the work of artists and craftsmen willing to tailor a product to individual specifications. Since this effort takes significant time and resources, requests for made-to-order products must be cancelled within 48 hours after placement of order. We cannot accept returns on made-to-order products.

Incorrect or Defective or Damaged Item

In the unlikely event of receiving wrong or defective or damaged merchandise, please contact JDS Customer Care immediately. Failure to do so may jeopardize your ability to receive a replacement and/or refund for the merchandise.
  1. Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package.
  2. If the merchandise sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact JSD Customer Care immediately. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting us.
  3. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact JSD Customer Care immediately. We will file a damage claim with the shipper, pick up the damaged item or ship replacement or replacement part(s) as soon as possible.
  4. For damages concealed at the time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. Contact JSD Customer Care immediately.
  5. If you have received a damaged product that can be remedied with replacement parts, and choose to return an item rather than accept replacement parts, you will be refunded the amount of your order less any unpaid shipping charges (see Return Policy).
  6. Photos of damaged packaging and/or merchandise are often required and always suggested to facilitate a claim to be made with the shipping company.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them before purchasing from us. Availability, prices, and delivery are subject to change. We make every effort to provide accurate product information. However, errors may occur. Therefore, product availability, descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of any items.

We always display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will let you know if a product's availability date changes.
 
PRICING POLICY
All prices online are US dollars and do not include shipping, shown separately at "checkout." Availability, fees and delivery rates are subject to change. In addition, there may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of specific merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. JOHN STEFANON DESIGN has made every effort to ensure accurate information is presented in our catalog and on our website; omissions and errors are subject to correction.
